About this event
Learn about the many physical and mental health benefits of yoga, including improving strength, balance, and flexibility. It can also ease stress and improve sleep. The best part is you don’t have to get on the floor to get all the benefits! Learn about the practice of chair yoga. The poses are performed while seated in a chair and there is no need to purchase any equipment. Bonnie Lee, a certified Yoga instructor, will present the many benefits and lead a gentle chair yoga session with modifications for all fitness levels. All are welcome to join us.
